Your outbound starts Monday. Not in six weeks.

Most agencies spend your first month warming domains before a single email ships. Mine are already warm. I build the list from source, write the sequences, run the sending infrastructure, and hand you the replies.

A limited number of clients at a time. If cold email can't move your pipeline, I'll tell you on the call.

Outbound rarely fails because of the offer. It fails before the first send.

Three to four weeks of warming

A fresh domain that starts sending at volume lands in spam. Proper seasoning takes a month before it's safe — a month you're paying for and getting nothing back.

One wrong record and it's your domain

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox rotation, sending caps, bounce thresholds. Get it wrong on your company domain and the reputation you lose is the one your invoices and support email depend on.

Everyone is emailing the same list

Agencies pull from the same three databases with the same filters. The same prospects sit in six campaigns the same month — and they can tell.

Nobody has fifteen hours a week

Sourcing, verifying, writing, sending, following up, triaging replies. It's a full-time role, and it's the first thing to slip when you're running the business.

Six weeks of setup, or two days.

Most agencies First send — week 5
WarmOutcome First send — day 2
Day 1 Week 3 Week 6

Three to four weeks of domain warming, plus setup, before anyone sends a word. My domains finished warming before you booked the call.

Your list isn't an Apollo export.

Sourcing is built for your campaign, not pulled from a subscription every competitor is also paying for.

Built from source

Directories, job boards, marketplaces, review sites, conference rosters, public filings, competitors' customer pages. If the signal is on the open web, it becomes a targeted list.

ICPs a filter can't express

"Agencies that hired a second salesperson this quarter." "Companies running a specific integration." Database filters stop at industry and headcount. Buying signals don't live in a dropdown.

Engineered, not outsourced

Scraping, enrichment and verification run on tooling written for the job. Software engineer by training, running the campaigns personally. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is handed to a junior.

You define who's excluded

Existing customers, open opportunities, competitors, accounts your team already works. Exclusions are enforced in the data, before a single send.

From first call to live campaign, inside a week.

  1. 01

    Fit call

Fifteen minutes on your ICP, your offer and your deal size. I work out whether cold email can realistically move your number. If it can't, that's the end of it — no pitch.

  2. 02

    Launch on warm infrastructure

The sending domains are already seasoned and running at healthy volume. Your campaign starts on them immediately, instead of waiting out a warm-up window.

  3. 03

    Sequences go live

I build the list, write a multi-step sequence for your specific offer, and start sending. Copy and targeting are revised weekly against real reply data.

  4. 04

    You get replies, not dashboards

I handle the back-and-forth and qualify out the noise. What reaches you is a prospect who wants to talk. You show up to the conversation.

Your domains, or mine.

Both work. The only difference is how fast you start.

Start this week

Run on my infrastructure

Seasoned domains and mailboxes already sending at volume. Nothing to buy, nothing to configure, no warm-up window. The first sequence ships within days of the call — and your company domain is never involved at any point.

Own the assets

Run on your own

Prefer to own the sending domains? I buy and configure them, warm them properly in the background, and migrate you across once they're seasoned — while you send on mine in the meantime.

WarmOutcome compared with hiring an SDR, running outbound yourself, and a typical agency

Cost per meeting $400, and only when it happens ~$580, paid either way Your time, paid either way Buried in the retainer

Tooling and data Included $400+/mo on top $400+/mo on top Usually included
Your company domain Never involved At risk At risk Often used
Commitment Month to month Salary plus notice 3–6 month contracts

SDR cost assumes a US base salary plus benefits, tooling and management time; at ten meetings a month that works out to roughly $580 each, booked or not. Agency figures are the range I see quoted; yours may differ.

This works if

  • You sell to other businesses
  • One closed deal is worth thousands, not tens
  • Someone on your side can take the meetings I book
  • You already close the leads you get, you just need more

This doesn't

  • You don't sell to businesses
  • Your product is a few hundred dollars a year
  • Nobody has time to run the meetings
  • You need signed deals this month, not compounding pipeline

No fluff. This is straight business.

You're buying meetings, not activity

Reporting is one page a week: sends, replies, positives, meetings booked. No dashboards you'll never open, no impressions, no engagement metrics.

You talk to the person doing the work

No account manager, no offshore team, no handoff after the contract is signed. The person who writes your sequences is the person who answers your email.

If it isn't working, you hear it from me first

Six weeks in, if the data says cold email is the wrong channel for your offer, I say so and you stop. Dragging out a campaign that isn't landing costs me more than it costs you.

No lock-in

Month to month, cancel whenever. The work keeps the account, not the contract.

One engineer. Not an agency.

I'm Raúl, a software engineer. I write the scraping tooling, build your list, run the infrastructure, write the sequences and answer your emails. There is nobody else on the account.

That caps how many clients can run at once, which is the point. You get the person who built the system rather than the fourth account manager assigned to your logo.

If this page reached you through a cold email, that was the system.

See the list before you decide.

Send over your ICP and I'll build 100 verified prospects from sources that aren't in Apollo, plus the first sequence I'd send them — and I'll show you where every one of them came from. No call needed. If the list isn't better than what you're working with now, there's nothing to talk about.

Two of these a week. Each one is a few hours of real work, so they go in the order they arrive.

Questions

What does it cost? +

An infrastructure fee from $1,200/month, plus $400 per qualified meeting. The fee covers sending domains, mailboxes, tooling and the sending capacity reserved for you. Everything above it you only pay when a meeting actually happens. Month to month, no lock-in.

How fast do replies start? +

Sending starts within days of the call because the infrastructure is already warm. First replies usually land in the first two weeks. Meetings compound from there as the copy is tuned against real reply data.

Is cold email legal? +

In the US, B2B cold email is legal under CAN-SPAM provided the message identifies the sender accurately, carries a real physical address and honors opt-outs. Every campaign runs that way. For EU prospects I follow GDPR: business contacts, legitimate interest, opt-out on every send.

Will this burn my company domain? +

It never touches it. On my infrastructure your domain isn't involved at any point — the sending happens entirely on mine, so there is nothing on your side to protect. If you'd rather own the sending assets, I buy separate lookalike domains for the outreach instead. Either way your primary domain never carries cold volume, and its reputation is never on the table.

What do you actually need from me? +

About an hour at the start to get your offer, your ICP and your positioning right, then roughly fifteen minutes a week to review what's landing. Nothing to buy: sourcing, verification, sending and monitoring all run on my side. You need an inbox to receive the handoffs and a calendar that takes the meetings.

Find out if this fits. Fifteen minutes.

No deck, no discovery sequence. I look at your ICP and your numbers and tell you straight whether cold email is worth your money right now.

Or email hello@warmoutcome.com

I reply to every one personally, usually within a day. No sequence, no automated follow-up.
